Nicholas Bour, CLTC®, NSSA®, CAPP, IRMAACP | Founder & CEO of Inspire Wealth
Nick has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. His passion for the industry is based on working directly with families and businesses in ways that impact their lives and the generations that follow them.
After working across several major companies throughout his career, Nick decided to build his own firm to fully realize his vision for a business model that would arm clients with the knowledge and tools to plan for their tomorrow. Nick takes an informational approach to financial planning. He helps lead his clients down the right path while providing a complete picture of the road ahead. Part of his comprehensive process involves his team members and the unique skills they offer to best serve the clients of Inspire Wealth.

In addition to providing clear action steps, Nick encourages his clients to enjoy their hard-earned wealth with their loved ones now, and to create lasting memories before leaving it behind for future generations to inherit

When it comes to making memories and family values, Nick likes to practice what he preaches. He and Jen, his wife of 22 years, enjoy spending time at their family cottage on Long Lake with their two children, Toby and Olivia. They enjoy all sorts of quality time, from off-roading on the trails to relaxing sunsets. For Nick, helping his clients achieve the comfort and confidence to enjoy their wealth with their family, as he does, is his life’s greatest passion.
Phillip Reed J.D., CAPP | Founder & Attorney of Reed Law PLC

My practice is more than legal work. I am a business strategist and asset protection specialist holding the certified asset protection planner designation. I help design dynamic plans that protect both families and businesses. I help guide businesses to profitability and scalability utilizing both legal planning and business operation guidance.

The significance of prudent planning, understanding the intricacies of debt, and recognizing the ramifications of a poorly executed strategy deeply inform my approach. Whether crafting a comprehensive estate plan or launching a new business venture, I firmly believe that meticulous preparation is the cornerstone of success.

At the center of my world is my beloved wife, Amy, and our two precious daughters, Natalie and Sasha. Rounding out the family is our Australian Shepard, Zola. Amy, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner helping those in need with their mental health. She is passionate for helping people heal and overcome psychological and mental disorders. She is a retired Army Captain and served our great country with honor.

My professional ethos centers on forging enduring relationships with my clients, embracing an innovative “think outside the box” approach to my work. I am an eternal optimist, choosing to see the glass as half full rather than half empty. My unwavering commitment is to not merely meet but to exceed the expectations of each and every client, delivering results that truly matter.

Together, let us navigate the path of life with confidence, armed with robust plans and fortified connections. Your security, growth, and aspirations are my driving force.
