Ron Mills, the owner of Mills Financial, has been in the financial services business since 1991. He has always used a “planning first” approach in his practice. He believes in developing goals and strategies to reach those goals. Ron has degrees in broadcasting, engineering and an MBA in finance. He holds life and health insurance licenses and also series 7, 63 and 24 licenses in securities.

Ron was raised on a farm in Alma, Michigan. He still owns the farm which has a “centennial farm” status. In his spare time, Ron enjoys biking, kayaking, cross-country skiing and lifting weights.
Chris Conflitti | Four Seasons Insurance and Financial Agency, LLC

Chris Conflitti is located in the Grand Rapids area. He grew up in Detroit and has worked there and also Chicago markets before settling in Grand Rapids for the last 20 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

Chris knows this business is about building relationships and enjoys helping people navigate their financial puzzle and provides the tools and guidance needed for success.

Prior to Mills Financial, Chris owned his own successful agency with Farmers Insurance and Financial Services for over 20 years.

Chris holds licenses in Property and Casualty Insurance, Life and Health Insurance, Series 6 and 63 Security Licenses. Also licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1992, Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Appraiser, and Licensed Builder. Chris is knowledgeable and experienced with financial and retirement planning and plans to continue working for at least another 20 years. Chris is still an active Independent Insurance agent who can help clients with Home/Auto, Business, Toys, and all types of insurance.

Outside of work, Chris is a dedicated family man and father to his two beautiful daughters and spends a lot of time running kids to sporting and social activities. He owns several rental properties and enjoys real estate investing, hunting, fishing, camping, and playing Pickleball. A couple of unusual hobbies people don’t know about Chris is he is a hobby beekeeper, holds a Mushroom Certification License, and enjoys walking the woods and looking for mushrooms.
